It saddens me to announce this will be my last year to make my custom ornaments. Other areas in my life are beckoning.... I have loved every year of this business.

I will be closing my production calendar early this year. If you have custom orders, they will need to be in no later than October 31st. After that I will only have ready made ornaments available.

If you are one of my customers who order custom ornaments each year I will continue to accept your orders, but I will not maintain a website after the end of this year so please make note of my contact information.

Blessings to you all and be sure and visit my website and Etsy shop. Everything in my Etsy shop is made and ready to ship. So if you need a custom gift quickly, I will ship in 1-2 business days from Esty shop purchases.

So what do you do at midnight when you can't sleep. At this time of year there is only one thing I am doing. Like Santa's elf, I am happily creating Christmas ornaments for all of my wonderful customers.

Just a reminder, you only have until Wednesday to get your ornament orders in for Christmas delivery.

I went to see the musical

"Wicked" a few weeks ago and was so inspired that I finally completed my Wizard of Oz collection. I now have a tender spot for Elpheba (The Wicked Witch of the West) and I think Glinda is fabulous (The ga is silent) That's an inside joke from the musical. Anyway, here they are. I hope you like them. I think there....Wicked!

Sorry I have not been blogging like I should, I have been busy making new ornaments. I will soon be adding Sponge Bob, Hello Kitty, Madeline, Toy Story and many more to my children's collection. I will also have some stunning traditioanl and elegant ornaments to add as well. Please check back soon.

My newest granddaughter, Madeline Grace, arrived today at 5:22 am weighing in at 9 lbs and 7 oz. My daughter, Sarah, had her at home using a nurse-midwife. Both mother and baby are resting comfortably. Her big sister's are sooo excited. They can't quit kissing her!

Well, I did it. I finally started a blog. And they said you can't teach an old dog new tricks :) I wanted to shares some pics of my joy in life. These are Kelsey and Abbey, my two absolutely perfect granddaughters (No, I'm not biased!)

Kelsey is my inspiration for Kelsey's Korner, my online ornament shop. Abbey is an inspiration as well and they both definitely keep me on my toes.

I am expecting another little inspiration any day now. My daughter and son-in-law are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Madeline Grace.
